These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EndpointAI's website at endpointai.app and the services we provide. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About EndpointAI

EndpointAI is a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway, providing AI automation consulting, workflow design, and implementation services to businesses. Contact: fromendpointai@gmail.com.

Services

EndpointAI offers AI automation services including, but not limited to:

• Workflow automation design and implementation
• AI tool integration and setup
• Process audits and automation strategy consulting
• Ongoing automation support and maintenance

The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms are as follows:

• All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise agreed
• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur a late fee in accordance with Norwegian law (forsinkelsesrente)

Refund Policy

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on completed work or on discovery calls. If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any refunds granted are at our sole discretion.

Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver effectively, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to the tools, accounts, and information required
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure you have the right to share any data or content provided to us
• Comply with the terms of any third-party tools used in your automation workflows

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for your project. EndpointAI retains the right to use general methodologies, templates, and know-how developed during the engagement for other clients. We may reference your project as proof of work (e.g. in a portfolio) unless you request otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during our engagement as confidential. We will not disclose your business data, processes, or strategies to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to trusted subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Limitation of Liability

EndpointAI provides services in good faith but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from automation implementations. To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. You remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. EndpointAI reserves the right to terminate immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay outstanding invoices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) as the agreed venue.
